Printing workshop model

Sheet-covered printing table, back wall lined with a piece of 19th century wallpaper. This scale model of a printing workshop allows us to see the methods and tools used during the second half of the 19th century to make printed fabrics. We can see the long printing table covered with a piece of silk, and the moveable cart used for the colors and various tools: tray, scraper, brush, try-square, color pots, mallet, and trestle.
